Hi guys,

just a quick question;

Have a Yamaha AS-500, currently linked up to a pair of MA BX2's (single wired) was wondering for in future, whether it'd be worth investing in another pair, or even some monitor audio floor standers to go alongside my current set up? Obviously the Amp has been designed for two sets of speakers, or to be bi-wired, but just wondering if it's worth the investment, would I be losing much quality in sound?

Thanks!

um, the Yamaha will have no problem running both speakers as long as they are reasonably sensitive. Are you thinking of having the other pair in anothere room? if not then I can't quite see the point.

It depends, if i move back home then no... though where i'm living at the moment, i'm just struggling with the positioning! I may have to take a photo of the entire room to ask for peoples opinions, will have to invest in more speaker cable of course...
