Wiring the Monitor Audio Bronze BX2's

Righty,

I am having a ragingly hard time connect banana plugs to my new MA BX2's. I am really struggling to get the plastic plugs out of the "banana plug socket" - is there any easy way to do this?

Also, from experience, what is the best way to single wire these bi-wireable speaker? Both +ve to HF or LF? OR, +ve to HF and -ve to LF?
