WiFi Streaming Device- Sonos connect without the multiroom and cheap

Hello,

I've been looking at the Sonos Connect but it's very expensive for what it is (really £279!) I don't have any other Sonos devicies and don' want the multiroom functionality so can't justify that ludicrous price (You can get a play One for less than that and that has a decent speaker in it)

But it's a bit rough around the edges to say the least. Is there a Sonos Connect style device I can plug into my AVR by RCA. Or does anyone have any experience with the rocki.

Try the bluesound node. Oh wait, that's £400, the Connect looks cheap by comparison.

Try a Gramaphon but I can assure you the Sonos is long term very cheap and brilliant.

With the sonos, you pay for the multiroom which I don't need. It's very expensive when I just want something to plug into my cheapish home theatre

I have a 'Gramafon'; this will work with whatever it is supporting at the moment (I don't mean to sound facetious but 'Gramafon' have been updating etc. lately and I'm not sure what they still work with / what has been added).

I have found the 'Gramofon' to be excellent however and I am thinking of getting another!
