A few packages spring to mind for that price range Kef 2005.3, Tannoy Arena-lites and the much raved about MA Vectors, which as yet to be reviewed. The MA Vectors would be my choice from other forum members being blown away by them, and some hi-fi stores reckoning them as being better than the Kef 2005.3 and Q Acoustic 1010i. These possible could be the best sub sat package under £1000 so worth an audition if you can. The tannoys would also be a good choice only if you can find them with grilles and stands as these are very expensive otherwise, the Kefs are great looking glossy speakers and will perform well. Try and source all three if you can as this is the best way to make sure they sound well with the Yammy amp.Good luck
