What is a good amp and speakers to buy?

I am brand new to the vinyl world and need some advice on a good amp and speakers to purchase. I received a pro-ject debut carbon for my birthday and have begun to look for other components to match. My budget is around $400 and I am definitely open to used equipment. So far I have been leaning toward a NAD 3020 and the Polk RTI A1 or A3 speakers.

Any my advise or recommendations would be helpful.

Marantz amps have good phono stages, Monitor Audio BX2 are amazing for the price, Boston Acoustics A25's are also excellent budget speakers
