What floorstanding speakers are best for bi amping.

I would like suggestions on the best floorstanding speakers around the £400 - £500 price bracket for bi amping.

Must have good high/mids, but most important excellent low end.

The speakers will be horizontally bi amped via Jolida SG 302 valve amp for the Mid / highs and a NAD C350 for the lows.

If this price range is too low, I could look out on ebay for secondhand ones - but which ones?

What size room will you have the system in?

Are you looking for standmount speakers only or will you consider floorstanders as well?

what about the dali suite 2.8 floorstanders ? £499 at sevenoaks , they were originally £1000 , dont know if they have any left though , might be worth checking out ?

Music tastes are 60, 70, 80's rock, nice bit of classic, deff prog rock.

room size is 20ft x 20ft approx.

Already have a set off kef coda 8 on stands and tannoy mercury 3 floorstanders, all good budget speakers in their day.

Now wanting to see if bi amping with decent floorstanders will beef things up a bit.
