what cables do i need for my home cinema set up?

Hi, i have an onkyo 876,HD TV,sky box(not HD,yet) a BD player, and surround sound speakers which ill connect to the av. what cables do i need to set it up for maximum performance ? i know i need a HDMI from amp into TV and a HDMI from DVD/BD player into amp, but what elsa ?

Sky box - SCART to TV (set to RGB, SCART control - On & 16:9 in picture settings)

If it's a standard Sky box - a pair of analogue phonos to the amp for audio, if it's Sky+, you'll need an optical cable (set to digital and optical in the sound settings)

Then standard speaker cables and a subwoofer cable and you're away.
