hi looking at pair of pacific pi40 floorstanders i found on ebay are they are good and worth getting

I would say if you can get'em at the right price. I think they retailed at £250 or thereabouts, although can't be 100%.

Love a lot of Wharfedale speakers but they did make some 'plums', aimed at "let's wake the neighbourhood" brigade.

Ebay sold a complete 5.1 pacific package inc sub for £215.
