Wharfedale Diamond 9.4, upgrade, side-step or downgrade?

I was parusing the internets today and found a new Wharfedale 9.4's for 89 euros a piece, tempted by this great offer I find myself wondering:

Will it be an upgrade, a side-step or a downgrade? I like my current speakers, but I want something else for a change. Being a student, budget is tight and I'm tempted by the diamonds. Just for kicks I put my current speakers on the internet, and I can probably sell them along with my stands, buy the Wharfedale's and make a very decent profit, but will it be worth it?

The store I work in used to carry the Wharfedale's, I don't remember them perticularly well, but what did stick was the excellent stereo seperation, for such cheap speakers I found that they imaged pretty well, apart from that my mind draws a blank.

Anyone else care to shed their insights?

Mine are running in and getting better, for the price they are outstanding but, at high volumes the tweeter can get a bit hars and they do need space for the bass (although front ported)

Have no comparisson, so no idee side-step/downgrade.
