The trouble with Marconi is that dry wit you only get when you've been dead for over 70 years. Mind you, I suppose that having invented radio he's allowed to be on it as long as he likes...

To say Marconi 'never' invented radio is rather sweeping: he did invent radio as we know it today, even if Tesler developed some of principles, and of course Marconi (eventually) got the US patents to prove it.

No, nothing new learned. I was fully aware of the history, and as for the conspiracy theories? Well I guess they keep the suggestible happy...
