My Dad is keen to dispose of his massive technics midi-system for something a lot smaller. After being impressed by his friend's Ipod and Bose Sound-dock, my Mum bought him an Ipod classic (120gb) for Christmas.
I was trying to find a unit which has CD & radio along with a dock, and the R4 looks just the ticket. I don't know if he's interested in separate speakers, but I'm guessing he'd rather not have to bother with them. (Handy, as I'll get his Eltax floor-standers to run my electronic drums through!)
Anything else I should steer him towards?
