Velodyne CHT12Q subwoofer

Hi,

Anybody has some info on the above? I mean is it good, etc. I was about to buy B&W610XP sub but now had to change retailer and the new one is not dealing with B&W so I have to find alternative. Do you think it's similar to the B&W one? Can I go for that one? Is it really good?

I have a Velodyne subwoofer, which is about 12 years old, and it is certainly capable of shaking the house, and going really deep. I feel no desire to change it (and not only because I can't lift it!).

I would have a listen (or more accurately, feel the sub-bass) if you can. Velodyne specialise in subwoofers, so they're pretty good.
