it´s avery nice and good sounding system with a more modern speakers it even sounds better and louder ,i have a cousin that in mid 70´s her stereo the first one was like this but it´s very rare so the value is high and if restored or the cassette player refurbished (cleaned and new belts ,if needed the pinch rollers ) as an example i conected to it a cs-997 this in early 90´s with the loudness and tone controls much higher power will be released by the speakers at the time they had better frequencies and each was stronger ,the loudness is so powerfull that makes the cs-997 that are a 190watts DIN with a 30 cm woofer only vibrates with this stereos of mid 70´s ,the new ones don´t move none of the woofers in speakers, the turntable is also very good compared to others that today cost around 1.000€ with original cartridge and stylus but if damaged a new audio-technica will do the job and new belt ,for you to have a idea only saw twice this system and yours is number two ,there was other from the same year without deck and no loudness and only one knob "tone"that is poor but maybe audiophiles like it more no bass or treble also the main thing a strong loudness, don´t sell it cheap or try it with good speakers and clean it using wd-40 for electrical systems on the knobs that make weak contact or noise and it´s a great system with aux didn´t notice if it as one conect a cd player and a good sound system it is try some speakers you own but more modern and you´ll notice what i´m trying to say , if you want it´s available in catalogues from pioneer on hifiengine to download maybe the service manual , regards
