V-MODA XS Headphone in Pearl White with Custom Plates

I reviewed the matte black version of the XS a week ago, but I bought the pearl white version this time and added custom sideplates (my first ever). So here is the unboxing video and some hi-res photos.

Thanks - when I got the first white M80 2 years ago, I said it was the best looking headphone I ever saw. Maybe a little bit of an exaggeration, but not that much. The pearl white color doesn't come through in the photos or video perfectly, but looks great in person. It doesn't tend to get dirty either, unless you actually set it on the ground and let it get beat around.

Well that's one point of view, mine is slightly different.

I guess they would look OK on someone in their teens anyone older would just look a **** !

Really nice photos. They're looking great, if not a little too flash for my raggedy head! Was thinking of an upgrade soon, but can't decide between these and the Sennheiser Momentums. Help anyone?

Check out Val Kolton's Facebook photos of real pro DJ's all over the world. Quite a few butch guys wearing those white headphones. And you can do any color sideplates you like.

Demoed a pair today. Not bad, I prefer the looks of the M100 these where a bit toyish in comparison.

I think I'm going off these sorts of drivers cause apart from Denons I'm a complete Planar magnetic head.

That said I thought for a small portable headphone these where not bad.

Are your side plates the 'midnight blue' or 'ocean blue' that v-moda offers on their website ?
