Using Dspeaker 2.0 Dual Core, for optimal subwoofer placement

Hi

How do I hook this one up to my system, if I want to use it to find the best location for my subwoofer in my room? I only want to use its meausurement abilities, so should I connect it to the sub, amplifier or dac?

The various possible connection methods are outlined here.

If you only want the DSPeaker to correct the sub and not your main speakers, use the method titled 'Using Anti-Mode 2.0 Dual Core for subwoofer correction'.

But if you want it to correct the sub and your main speakers (which is what I do), you'll need 'Using Anti-Mode 2.0 Dual Core to correct a 2.1 or 2.2 system'.

Ok thanks. But is the LFE output, the same as the subwoofer pre out on my receiver?

Probably. What make/model is your receiver? Do you have the instruction manual?
