used hi fi amp

I am looking to buy a used hi fi amplifier for my tv so i can listen to rock music using two speakers , i have 150 pounds to spend and I have looked alot and i am wondering which would be best technics su A808I or Arcam A85 Integrated Amp or if anyone knows a better one around the price range to help me pick .
