Upscaling HDMI DVD Player supporting divx and mpg

I wonder if anyone can recommend a HDMI upscaling DVD Player (region free) that supports divx and mpg formats as well?

take a look at the sony RDR-HXD970 recorder. which also has a 250GB hard drive. or even the 870 which has the same features but a 160GB HDD. you can pick them up for less than £200 and they're well worth the money.

Bit cheaper than those two is Samsung DVD-HD870 (award winner in WHF). Can be got multi-region, quick search shows Richer Sounds do it, but are out of stock online so try in store.
