Of course, I'll need a decent sized room, although I'm sure this extravagance is likely to be quickly shot down by Mrs. BB unless I show significant savings elsewhere by doing some building work in the house myself (how easy is it to install a bathroom, & to lay tiles / carpets?). :roll:
