For starters - quote blocks in older posts do not appear as quote blocks.

Everything seems a bit 'squashed' at footer/signature level

Timestamp for posts says 'Posted on' + '__hrs __mins ago' - ie the 'on' is superfluous.

The dividing line between posts was better when it stretched the full width of the page.

(As you can tell, I was thrown by the ability to put emoticons in titles)

yes the quotes dont look as neat and clean and its a shame the emoticons appear in the title not the body of text, but i must say i very much am liking the shiney new website lots, thanks from the users for all the hard work guys!

The new site is GREAT. Only downside is, it takes time to get used to the new outlay- in particular scrolling through the forum's posts- they all look alike! Now I have to search a lot for threads I used to follow easily.
Feels like after I just cleaned my desk! First you feel really good about yourself and all the space on your desk. Next thing you need that report you worked on last week and then you realize you can't find the d**n thing!

Ha! I like the analogy. I'm sure we'll all get used to it...

New quote blocks don't work properly either (the graphics are all over the place).

Forward-delete doesn't work in this text box, extraordinarily - I'm not sure I could get that to not work if I tried (system test users must've been on Macs

).

cant click on my own name in the top right of the screen, this used to take you a list of all your posts so you easy track whats been happeneing to those threads

Keep 'em coming - we've got our own lengthy list here!

Forums is the biggie, but i'm not surprised - there were real issues testing it while keeping the previous site live.

We'll do all we can to make these updates ASAP, and will of course let you know if/when we need to take anything offline to do so...

We're having a party tomorrow night. Sadly we're full or we'd invite you all! We're having Rockaoke (Karaoke but with a live band) and I may post some pics on Thursday morning if there are some suitably disgraceful ones of the team rocking out....

Love the new site look and feel. Seems far more functional than the previous one. Finally you can find reviews of what you are after very quickly.

The video section is great and informative. The movie controls don't seem to work on Firefox though. Videos could be deinterlaced. Forum needs some tweaking on font size / spacing.

Not only has search disappeared, but every single Google result for the forums is now broken. A forwarding script ought to be added so that Google's links get forwarded to the new home of a given post, instead of a 404 page.

I dare say this affects other search engines too.

Like the new look. Sadly, I can't quote, use different fonts or emoticons in text, while browsing with firefox on Win XP.

The clearer audio digital interconnect on this page, http://whathifi.co.uk/Review/Clearer-Audio-Copper-line-Alpha/, has zero stars

Hottest forum topics on home page don't display hottest topics, but Latest topics.

And the little text balloons, next to the topic, don't change color after I read the thread.

When you edit a message that was a reply to a previous message, the previous message is not available to quote from (which I'm sure the original site did, correct me if I'm wrong).

OK, just had a meeting with our developers. Lot of the problems with the Forums are to do with temporarily moving back to an older version of the software the site's based on - hence loss of functionality. We're moving to a newer version (even than the one we were on) within the next week or so: they just didn't want to risk migrating all the Forum threads at the same time.

The lack of search in Forums itself will be a quicker fix - expect that in the next few days.

Thanks again for all your feedback, and your patience while we get things sorted. Keep the suggestions coming....
