Tv calibration settings

I have read on this site before advice on setting up a tv for contrast, colour etc.

The info given read something like ' as a general rule of thumb the contrast should be abt ?%, the colour shud be ?% and brightness shud be ?% etc etc.

Im sure this was from the team and not from a forum member.

You really shouldnt follow that as it really is a 'rule of thumb' that can be completely wrong for certain equipment
