I have a number on albums in MP3 format which I would like to transfer to my i-Tunes library and hence onto my i-Pod. I realise that by clicking on each track, it will be loaded into my library - but this would be laborious for the number of tracks I have. Is there a quicker way of achieving this ? Thanks in advance.

Click 'add to library', click on an album folder, and everything inside will be pulled in. Or put all the albums you want to load into iTunes into one folder, and click that.

In itunes you can tell it to import a folder, rather than an individual files. The menu items are next to each other. (However I am not next to my machine with itunes on so I can't remember the exact wording of the menu item).

Beaten to the punch.

You can also move all of the mp3s to a folder. The path normally is:

C:UsersYour UsernameMusiciTunesiTunes MediaAutomatically Add to iTunes
