Toshiba 40 LV 665 DB - advice please

Saw this TV for sale in Comet today - 40" for £429 - any thouhgts? My budget is around £400 - £450.

I got one.

I'd been looking for ages, but when i saw this i just jumped in.

I use it with a Windows 7 Media Center. It runs 1080p very happily plays back blue-ray with out a problem.

I've not used the built-in freeview very much, but it looked good from the quick test i gave it
