The Panasonic TX-P42GT30, a good deal for 419 pounds?

I am always looking for great deals on electronics, today i saw an advertisement in my local paper for the
Panasonic TX-P42GT30, a 2011 model with 3D capability. Is it any good and is it any good for 419 pounds?

At that price I'm assuming it's second hand?

Just bought the same model brand new for £700 which I think is a steal considering it was neary £1.400 at launch a year ago. There was a web site offering it at something like £629 a while back which is no longer available, and amazon are currently offering offering it at £676.
