You can use any USB-C UVC HDMI capture card. I have a couple 1080p60 ones that cost less than £20 each, and use the free Dongled app to display its input, primarily using it as a monitor for servers or Raspberry Pis.

Well, it *is* recent functionality, I myself only became aware of it about 6 months ago.
