I've owned two sets of P5's and they both got returned due to the fragil cable that made me only listen from one pad of the headphones. Now, I'd like a change. Within that category, what are the best headphones for me? I like the sound, build and closed back of the P5's.

The first thing that came to my head is the V-Moda M-80. It costs less than the P5 but I prefer the sound and the looks. If you don't like the idea of that also consider the Sennheiser HD25-1 II, Beyerdynamic DT1350... that's all I can think of for now. Do you like the small size and wear them outside much?

The VModa M80 would be the logical choice, having a similar smooth and wide-range sound as the P5. But the Beyer DT-1350 sounds way different - almost the opposite of the sound of either the P5 or M80.
