But surprisingly, the picture score of Sony K75XR90 is 4 points, while TCL's picture score is 5 points. May I ask where TCL's image quality is better than Sony's. This may be an important factor for me to purchase as a reference. It may be because price is taken into account.
This is unbelievable. I think the comprehensive score should consider price, but the individual image quality score should not consider price, otherwise it would be misleading for users who only focus on image quality.I think all of the metrics take price into account. I don't know the relative prices of these two sets, but what I mean is this. A five star £300 tv probably won't be producing as good image quality as a similarly-sized £2k four star set. It's about bang per buck, if that makes sense.
I'm not certain it's the case, but if you are that bothered I'd suggest that you should be auditioning the sets you consider. This is unbelievable. So which is which? We recently replaced our beloved LG 55NANO916NA TV from 2020 with the TCL C805K 75", and we are deeply disappointed. The new TCL TV fell far short of our expectations despite the numerous glowing reviews we read and watched, which we now feel were misleading.
Unpacking the TV was a struggle due to the overly stubborn protective stickers around the frame and screen. Additionally, the display changes color when viewed from certain angles, which raises concerns about the panel's quality and longevity.
The remote control is another letdown—it feels cheap, makes loud clicking noises, and looks poorly designed. The Google TV operating system is overly simplistic and lacks advanced picture and audio customization options.
To compare the two TVs, we used original LG demo videos from YouTube. The results were disappointing: the TCL struggled with white balance, turning white objects bluish. Colors were inaccurate as well—for example, red cherries appeared brown, and yellow tones like honey also leaned brown.
Ultimately, the TCL 75C805K didn’t meet our standards, and we’ve decided to return it.
My 4-year-old LG looks much better. Additionally, shame on you, Onkyo! The TCL’s sound is very loud, but it sounds like it’s coming from under a manhole cover.
It’s not too hard to find out the LG 55” but the TCL 75”.Is your LG on the left or right of your video?

I checked the HW as well with some applications. Screen 1080p?(!)
