Having not received a reply after emailing both what hifi and haymarket about printing faults in my february edition. I thought I might see if any other readers have had this problem? All I wanted was a fresh copy that I could read all the articles in but this is being ignored. Shame, having been a regular subscriber for about ten years with no complaint that printing faults will preclude from subscribing again.

I can only apologise on behalf of our service departments who've let you (and us) down on this occasion.

We did publish the affected articles online - the District 9 and Olive reviews - as soon as we were aware that some subscribers had printing issues with the pages those reviews ran on.

I will personally send you out a copy - and a little something extra - if you email to my attention at the top whathifi address (not the lower subscriptions one) here.
