sub settings

i have all my speakers on small and crossover settings to 80 , on the sub what range should i set it to for best results , also theres a 0 /180 switch can anyone tell me what this is for , i have no manual as the sub is a second hand purchase.

So far so good, you're amp settings are fine as you have done, turn sub gain (volume) to 12 o'clock position and frequency to max, I say to max as you're amp is setting the crossover between speakers and sub. Phase can increase output dependant on sub location. Turn either way to see what suits.
