Streaming is better than ever, but has it killed the playlist as an art form?

Slightly off topic point. Streaming is brilliant, and I use it all the time, but I have a strict rule: if I really like an album and want to add it to my library, I buy and download a copy via Qobuz to store it on my Melco. Why? It's quite simple: when you stream any music, you are not in control of it and the provider could decide to delete it at any time. By buying a copy, I am in control of it. Secondly, by buying the album, I am supporting the artist. What I rarely do nowadays is buy physical CDs. If I do, they are bought 2nd hand and ripped to the Melco.
