speakers to fit my current system?

Hello,

This is my current system setup:

- Marantz cd 17 mk 1

- Marrantz pm14

- Wharfedale EVO 30 speakers

- W&M speakercable and Furutech interconnect.

I'm ok with my current set up, but i've the feeling i'm missing out.

The Warfedale are the weaker link here i believe.

Is this true?

It feels like it's holding back the rest of the system, and think i'ts time for to upgrade.

In which price range to look for on 2nd hand market?

Any advise is very welcome.

We had a very enthusiastic young forum member and prolific letter writer with some EVO 30's. Sadly, after becoming a competition winner, minor celebrity and hifi advise business, all in the space of about a week, he doesn't seem to mingle here anymore ...

Perhaps someone else here with EVO's?
