Hello Everyone,
Thanks to What Hi-Fi for such a nice forum with huge information (read as Knowledge) on audio-video. I was amazed at the depth of knowledge the users here have when it comes to AV.
Guys recently I upgraded my Denon HTiB on only AVR. Earlier the HTiB had Denon AVR 1306 which I upgraded to Denon 2308 (This was done last year). Since then I am looking to replace the HTiB satellites with some meaty speakers. The preference leans towards musical too. The current satellites sound very very bright and cannot listen to them for long in 2-channel.
Browsing through the forums I decided on the following:
1. Tannoy Mercury F1 Custom package: All bookshelves
2. Wharfedale Diamonds: 9.1 as fronts
3. Q-Acoustics 1010i
I am looking for help in deciding on the speaker package. I am planning for more music on them and later would be buying a separate stereo amp for music only.
Looking for your experience to sail me thru on this....
