Speaker stand needed for centre speaker, help please!

I dont have any space in my tv unit to fit my centre speaker in it, and id rather not have it just sitting on the floor either.

what i really need is a tall stand that will raise the centre speaker up above the height of my tv, so that basically the stand is behind the tv unit and the speaker almost on top of the tv.

does anyone know of such a stand? im really having trouble finding anything!

is the TV against the wall??

If it is, I'm thinking a wall bracket would suffice

no mate, the screen sits on a unit that is in a bay window. someone suggested i build my own 'stand' that i could attach to the rear of the tv via the wall mount mounting holes.

Hi Paul why not use the vega holes on the back of your Tv fix them with L brackets then by some plywood to lay across brackets finally sit your centre speaker on the plywood

i think thats what i am going to do, but im going to see if i can utilise the centre speaker wall bracket to give it extra stability ;-)
