I have a really old amp which is still playing like the day one - Luxman L-3 (got him from one audio enthusiast 3-4 years ago as quick replacement for my dying amp). After I place a visit to some local store and left the L-3 for pro cleaning the amp is playing again without poti scratch. While I will be moving soon I decide to keep just few things that I liked and sold everything else. Now is time for me to get hold of some good speakers which I need to pair with L-3 while I will keep him.
Any suggestions?
Here are some quick picks that I like to have but not sure how they will sound with oldie L-3:
Kef Q300
Totem Dreamcatcher
Mission M52 (can get them from someone)
Monitor Audio Bronze BX2
Dynaudio DM 2/6
Wharfedale Diamond 9.1 or 9.2
Wharfedale Diamond 8.3 or 8.4 (can get them used, almost new)
Other stuff that I decide to keep:
