So after months of deliberating, today, I finally bought a pair of Sony WF-C500 earbuds. What hifi award winners.
Verdict, garbage! I first connected them to my phone and thought, wow really disappointing, no bass and so tinny/screechy. They honestly sound like a £5 pair of earphones. I thought maybe my phone is the culprit. So I connected them to my Sony NW-A55L MP3 player. Just as awful. I've had £20 eBay specials that had more warmth and depth. Looks like I'll be reverting to my ancient wired Bose ie7. Anybody else bought the WF-C500 and been disappointed?
