Has anyone got any input on this amp thinking about upgrading my marantz sr8001 to this.

When will what hifi get their hands on one?

From what I can gather, it's a 5400ES with knobs on ie. extra HDMI input and DNLA streaming which is so-so by all accounts but I think that goes for networking with any receiver. Streaming via a receiver is never going to be as effective as a dedicated solution such as Sonos/Squeezebox for audio or video streaming device (even PS3). I doubt there are any sonic differences as it probably uses the same components inside.
