Sony KDL26v4000 any thoughts?

Hi

Looking at getting a Sony KDL26v4000 (I know its only a small TV but we only have a limited amount of room) have not seen any other threads here regarding this TV, and I was just wondering want people thought and ultimately is it as good before we splash the cash .

If you look at the current wh mag they did 26 lcd rewiew and the newer Sony KDL-26V4500 got 5 stars price was £550 a bit pricely to get first place, which was won by the Samsung LE26A456 at £370 also got 5 stars. The Sony is the best for performance the Samsung for price. So i would also consider the newer Sony compare the two if possible that should help you decjde.

Just to say that you can get the Samsung for around £329 now. I got one and love it. Definitely worth a look if you're not set on the Sony!!!

The V4500 is over my budget so will have to give it a miss.

I'll take a look at the Samsung. However I've just found the V4000 at Richersounds for £360. Guess it down to the shops to see which looks better.
