Sony Home Theaters

Hi I am currently looking at getting a Home Theatre system to accompany a Bravia LCD TV. Could someone give me a good comparison on Sony DAV IS10 compared to the DAV DZ1000. I have read here that the DAV IS10 is highly rated but is not quite so good at playing music, and I will be using it to play audio CD's through as well. Thank you.

hi to be honest if you have got a bravia tv then you wont to go up town and get a very nice system to go with it for eg iv got a samsung running hd ect ect so i got a top notch denon amp and kef kht3000 all looks stunning and sounds fantastic.

I'd recomend that you download the Sony manual before purchasing the system (if you decide to) It appears that this system is VERY specific about where the sub can be placed. I've got an order in for one at Richer Sounds at the minute, but I'm seriously thinking of cancelling it.

I havent managed to find any online manuals on it anywhere on the Sony websites. Seems to be very little information on it at all.
