Sony DN1050 vs Denon X2100

I've pretty much narrowed down my first home theatre setup to these 2, the Sony DN1050 & Denon X2100

Planning to pair this with the Whalfedale DX1 5.1 set, possibly with QED42 cables since the price seems reasonable enough.

I plan to use it for both movies and music.

Apart from the guys at whathifi, anyone's tested or have experience with either/both? I can't audition the dn1050 in my area, so I'd like your thoughts.

Also, I may need a voltage transformer and I'm trying to figure out the power rating required for such av receivers

hmm. or maybe the yamaha 677 as well.

Full shootout in this months What Hi Fi mag. Looks like the Sony or the Yamaha it the best bet, I cant fault either of them.
