Sony Bd350 pause issue

I am convinced that if I "pause" a blu ray disc on my Sony 350 when I resume playback the picture is not as sharp as before. Obviously this is very difficult to test as you can only do it once per disc before you have to switch the whole thing off and start all over again. Is this just my imagination, or is there a technicl reason why this could be happening. It's not a problem that I've ever heard anyone else mention.

You'e right - I believe this 'problem' has never been mentioned here! Is themachine still under warranty? If it still is, better to get this checked and keep you happy.

I decided to do a quick Google for the problem. The only article I could find was my original post - which is pretty impressive given I'd only posted it 25 minutes before.
