Does that mean you got the sub working?
There's no universal optimum settings for any particular equipment. I use those speakers as rears and wouldn't be crossing them over any lower than 80hz due to their size. My guess would be 100hz would be ideal with speakers all set to small, but you'll need to experiment with the crossover frequency and see what you thinks works best.
