The shelves are black with silver legs. Can add more shelves in future when required and save buying the extra legs. There are diff. colour variations like black-black or white-silver.

Same here got the AV HIFI rack and more shelves can be added when needed. Must say looking nice, thinking must set you back a bit.

I just ordered this without the top left shelf. My amp and cdp wont fit in a normal size rack due to their wider size unless its custom made. The black-silver finish will also match the Kef Ref 3’s gloss black and silver front I think. And as a bonus my wife likes the look aswell.

What I look for in a good rack, is good shelf isolation, vibration control and the shelves themselves made from something that helps the sound, such as wood....ie. avoid Glass.

Nope. I'll experiment first with my existing isolation feet(soundeck/vibrapods/valhalla pads etc.) to each component feet. Some are just gathering dust in the cupboard. There are two diff. types of shelf to choose from(wood/concrete) and I've chosen the wood with built in bubble level.
