Smartphone group test in latest issue

So, Sony Xperia Z3 is the group test winner in the latest issue, pipping iPhone 6. Yet, iPhone 6 beats the Xperia Z3 at the What Hi Fi awards. How does that work?

Yes, there is a simple answer bigboss: the Award went to the iPhone 6 (5 stars), NOT the iPhone 6 PLUS (4 stars) which is tested in the December issue against the Xperia Z3. We treat the two iPhones as separate models, and in the latest test focused on bigger phones with screens of 5.2in-5.5in.

The Awards were split into two categories: smartphones with screens up to 5in (winner iPhone 6) and those above 5in (winner Sony Xperia Z3).
