I signed up a few months back but after unanswered email and three calls they seem unable to send thru my documentation although they have managed to take my DD.

Has anyone else found a problem with this company.

I tried on three seperate occassions over a period of two weeks to sign up online, each time after entering all my information including bank and direct debit details I got a message saying there was a technical fault and to try again later (or phone a premium rate number). A direct e mail to them went unanswered. Speaks for itself really.
