waited a week no remote, contacted and took 20 mins to findmy account details told replace to be sent out.
Waited another week, no remote.
Contacted again and another 20 mins went by, told I would receive a complete new box + remote, then wanted my last four digits of the credit card I used (fair enough) could not remember which one so gave them 2 choices, then told neither were correct and I had used up my security chances and to comeback later with the correct details.
It would have been nice to be told only two chances were accepted.
Also the agent could not even call me by my correct name which I had given them twice before.
Finaly received an email today saying a remote had been shipped and not the full replacement.
