does anyone know if sky are planning 1080p anytime or dd hd, dts hd. or is this not possible and why.

The bandwidth/satellite transponder space that would be needed to broadcast in 1080p an HD audio would be huge, so it's unlikely for the forseeable future.

thats a shame, is it the same for virgin's cable hd, and can you upscale sky hd to 1080p on my sony lcd tv mate.
