how far back should you be able to rewind - if i leave my sky box playing and leave the room when i come back can only rewind 15 mins - thought it was a rolling hour

Go into 'Services', 'Sky+Setup' and within this is 'Instant rewind' which can be set from 5 to 60 mins. You must have it set to 15 mins at the moment.
