Sky HD - BBC HD & ITV HD Free to Air?

I have a Sky HD subscription at the moment but find that I am not watching much HD content.

Can anyone advise on whether I would still be able to view BBC HD and ITV HD using the Sky box if I was cancel my £10 per month HD subscription?

( I have a Freeview HD ready TV but no signal in my area yet )

Yes, and providing you leave the viewing card in your Sky+HD box , you'll be able to view C4 HD and Five HD too.
