I need to make a complaint to Sky and have had many dealings with the customer service department and have come to the conclusion that a majority are rude, arrogant and unable to deal with a customer complaint in a professional manor.

I need to take my complaint to another level, does anybody know and email address or telephone number to contact

Firstly, I'm not the best person to talk about Sky. I have dealt with them for about a month, and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with! I won't bore you with the details, but there is a thread on here in this section that sums it all up.

I searched hard for this and it is under there Terms and Conditions section of their website. They DO NOT freely advertise any writing address instead opting for you to call some premium number (if not a Sky user)!!! http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/terms for further details. It also shows the escalation process to Otelo.
