Sennheiser CX400-II

Considering purchasing the Sennheiser CX400-II, anyone know if they're any good?

Whats good about them and whats bad?

I have these, as they were only fractionally more than the 300s and had the volume control. They have all the traits in the review of the 300, excellent upgrade to the existing phones, good detail and clarity, well defined if not especially deep bass. Now, however, I would buy something which had an in line remote.
