Hi all, I'm from Singapore and would like to seek some sound advice from all you expert here. I currently own a old system which i had build many years back- CD player: NAD C540, Amp- NAD C340, Speaker - KEF - Q65.2, interconnect - VDH D102 MK III, lastly speaker cables - NBS Dragonfly. They have since served me well however recently my CD player intent to retired (len can't read anymore) n I'm sensing that my Amp too is going to retired soon. Luckly I have just brought the Sony DAV-IS10 which is currently serving me with my recordings as well as movies beautifully from such small speakers. So would hope to get some advice on:
1) Should I buy another player and amp to replace existing ones. Was looking at Marantz CD 6002 & PM 6002 (which is within my budget or
2) Don't buy Hifi instead use my existing speaker on Sony DAV-IS10 (if possible and may sound abit crazy) so not to waste them or
3) Just abandon my old system and stay with the Sony for both my recordings n movies.
Hope to get some advice soon!
Thank you
